1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed via the Ketora online store ("we", "us", "our") by consumers and businesses alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update these Terms for future orders; changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings shown in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order and does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of it. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by dispatching the goods to you.
4. Prices, Currency and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include statutory VAT and other applicable price components, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly shown during checkout before you complete and confirm your order, so that you always know the full cost of your purchase in advance.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The available payment methods are presented to you during checkout and currently include:

Payments are processed securely through our checkout system. We do not store your full payment card details.
6. Delivery
6.1 Shipping regions
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.
6.2 Handling and delivery times
Orders are typically processed and handed over for shipping within 1–2 business days of the contract being concluded or payment being received. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom generally takes a further 2–4 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees; the specific delivery estimate for your order is also shown to you at checkout.
7. Retention of Title
Ownership of the goods remains with us until they have been paid for in full.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
8.1 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the statutory right of withdrawal in relation to your order. Full details of how and when this right applies, and how to exercise it, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms.
8.2 Return window
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date you receive your order, during which you may return eligible items to us.
8.3 Return shipping costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns made within the return window.
8.4 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
8.5 Exchanges
If you would prefer a replacement item rather than a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange as an alternative, subject to the availability of the item you wish to exchange for.
9. Warranty
Goods purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described within this period, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you.
10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns or complaints directly and informally wherever possible. If you have an issue with an order or with these Terms, please contact us first so we can try to find a solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other resolution channel available under the governing law referred to below.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms, and any contract concluded between you and us, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Should any individual provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
