Our Story
Why We Build Sheds Differently
We build steel garden storage that survives British weather, fits British gardens, and costs less than the showroom alternative.
Built After Our Own Shed Gave Up
Our first shed lasted two winters before the base gave way and the door stopped closing properly. Tools rusted, the felt roof split, and replacing it meant choosing between a resin shed that flexed and cracked in a strong wind, or a steel model priced like a small car and sold through a showroom we'd only ever visit once.
Ketora exists to close that gap. We buy galvanised steel direct from a UK manufacturer rather than through a chain of distributors, which is how we hold prices well below the garden centre without cutting the gauge of the metal. Every shed ships flat-packed with numbered panels and a torque-set of bolts, so it goes up in an afternoon rather than eating a weekend. We check every size against permitted development limits before it's listed, and every panel and seam carries a ten-year guarantee against rust and rot.
We still build one of each new model in our own gardens before it goes on the site. If it doesn't keep the rain out through our own winter, it doesn't go up for sale.

How Ketora Started
10-Year Guarantee
Every panel and seam is covered against rust, rot and leaks for a full decade, not just the frame.
Free Kerbside Delivery
Every shed over £500 ships free on a tail-lift van, with a delivery slot booked to the hour.
Flat-Pack, Not Flat-Out
Numbered panels and pre-drilled holes mean most customers have their shed up in a single afternoon.
Built-In Security
Five-lever mortice locks and reinforced door frames come as standard, not an upgrade you have to pay for.
