Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We want everyone who visits our online store to be able to browse, shop and get in touch with us, regardless of ability, disability or the technology they use to access the internet. Accessibility is something we take seriously, and we work to identify and remove barriers that could make our website difficult to use.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines also tends to make websites more usable for all visitors in general.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-off task, and we continue to review and improve the website over time to raise its level of conformance.
Measures we take
To support an accessible browsing experience, we have implemented the following measures across our store:
- Meaningful alternative text for images — so that visitors using screen readers or other assistive technology can understand the content and purpose of images.
- Sufficient colour contrast and scalable text — so that text remains legible for visitors with low vision or colour perception difficulties, and can be resized without losing functionality.
- Keyboard operability — so that visitors who cannot use a mouse or touchscreen can still navigate the site and complete key actions using a keyboard.
- Clear structure and plain language — so that pages are organised logically with proper headings, and content is written in a way that is easy to understand.
Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is not a project with a fixed end point. As we update our store, add new features or publish new content, we aim to apply the same accessibility standards described above. Where we become aware that part of our website falls short of this goal, we will work to address it as part of our regular review of the site.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
We aim for our store to work with current, up-to-date web browsers and with commonly used assistive technologies, such as screen readers. Because our website depends in part on the accessibility features of the underlying platform and third-party tools, some areas may not yet fully meet this aim, and we welcome feedback if you experience any difficulty.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter any barriers while using our website, or if you need any content provided in an alternative, accessible format, please let us know. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve reported issues as promptly as we can.

When contacting us, it is helpful if you can describe the issue you encountered and the page or feature where it occurred, along with the browser, device or assistive technology you were using, so that we can investigate and address it as effectively as possible.
